Beaumont Boudin Company = C- Rated Boudin

Oh my!  What can we really say?  As this link comes out of the pot we use for steaming purposes the aroma is . . . . . ummmmm. . . . . . “off putting.”  We sample it anyway.  It is our job after-all.  Ummmm . . . . . what is that sweetness?  Oh! Vinegar!  Oh my! VINEGAR!  Why is there vinegar in this link?  Well, it is made in Texas but that doesn’t fully explain anything.  If you really care to know, they also have a decent amount of msg in their recipe.  You can probably figure out that we’re not big fans of the Beaumont Boudin Company’s link.  Who is the Beaumont Boudin Co.?  Who knows?  No web presence and they only seem to be sold in HEB stores in Texas (we got this pack in San Antonio).  We recommend that you stay clear.  $5.99 for a 12 oz pack.
